Wing Lee Development Construction Holdings Limited (Wing Lee Development Construction) is a new generation infrastructure contractor in Hong Kong engaged in civil and electrical cable engineering and solar PV system works. Since its establishment in 2005, the Group has accumulated extensive industry experience.
The Group is the largest power cabling and civil pipeline installation subcontractor in Hong Kong in 2023. Committed to promoting innovation and advancement in the construction industry, the Group has actively introduced state-of-the-art electrical equipment and technologies, and is among the first companies in the Hong Kong construction industry to introduce electrical equipment. The Group has also positioned itself as a leader in green innovation in the construction industry, providing excellent and professional services for major infrastructure projects in Hong Kong.

Civil Engineering
We provide comprehensive site formation, road and drainage works. Our team has been involved in infrastructure project at the third runway of the Hong Kong International Airport and road and drainage works of a village sewerage project at Mui Wo, demonstrating the team’s outstanding technical and management capabilities.
Electrical Cable Engineering
We focus on providing cable trenching, laying and jointing services, and are able to perform emergency cable fault repairs. We have also signed several electrical cable engineering contracts with CLP Group, covering regions such as Sham Shui Po, Wong Tai Sin and Tsuen Wan.
Solar PV Systems
In 2018, we entered the renewable energy sector, focusing on the design, installation and maintenance of solar PV systems. Our team strives to realise energy saving and consumption reduction, and promote green development in Hong Kong, and have built a good reputation in the industry.
