• Sum Hing Trading was incorporated in Hong Kong, the first subsidiary of our Group.
• Worked with CLP Group and became the sub-subcontractor for its electrical cable engineering projects (cable trenching, laying and as well as emergency and cable fault repair works).

• Achieved ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certification.

• Commenced a civil engineering project at a mass railway transport station in Hong Kong, marking an important breakthrough for the Company in the field of private projects.

• A pioneer in the solar energy field in Hong Kong, the Company launched the solar photovoltaic system business, opening a new chapter in the field of green energy.
• The Group’s subsidiary became a registered electrical contractor with the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department and a registered minor works contractor with the Buildings Department.

• Acquired Kaiser Construction Engineering, expanding the Group beyond private sector projects to large-scale public sector works.
• Undertook subcontracting work for the Hong Kong International Airport third runway, with the large-scale and complex infrastructure project showcasing the Group’s excellent technical capabilities and management strength.
• Undertook and commenced our first major solar energy works project for a school in Hong Kong, demonstrating our capacity to innovate and professional competence in the renewable energy sector.
• The Group’s subsidiary became a registered subcontractor of the Construction Industry Council.

• The Group’s subsidiary became the subcontractor of CLPe Solutions Limited, a subsidiary of CLP Group, to provide services
• Became a registered specialist trade subcontractor of the Construction Industry Council, covering more professional sectors.

• Became the largest power cabling and civil pipeline installation subcontractor in Hong Kong.
• Admitted as one of the approved contractors of CLP Group; receiving recognition for our ability to provide quality services in accordance with the standards, requirements and specifications of CLP Group to conduct electric substation renovation works.
• Worked with Sun Hung Kai Properties for the first time, providing subcontracting services for site formation works and road and drainage works.
• The Group’s subsidiary became a registered specialist trade contractor (Concreting and Reinforcement Bar Fixing) of the Construction Industry Council.

• Included in the list of Pre-Qualified Tenderers for Civil Engineering Works of the Hong Kong International Airport for the first time, enabling us to bid for tender projects as the main contractor.
• One of the first companies in the Hong Kong construction industry to introduce "SANY" brand electrical equipment, and position itself as a green innovation leader in the construction industry.
