45 years old. Mr. Yiu Wang Lee co-founded the Group with Mr Yiu Wang Lung in August 2005. He was appointed as a Director on 17 May 2024 and re-appointed as an Executive Director on 25 June 2024. Mr Yiu is also the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Group. He is primarily responsible for the overall management, formulation of business strategies, overall project management and day-to-day management of operations. He also serves as the Chairperson of our Nomination Committee and a member of our Remuneration Committee.

Mr Yiu has over 26 years of experience in the civil and electrical cable engineering industries. He has led our Group to gradually expand our business and undertake various private and public projects. He also actively participates in philanthropy as a member of the Presidential Committee of the Premier League of Taishan Charitable Association Limited in Hong Kong, making contributions to Hong Kong society. 

59 years old. Mr Yiu Wang Lung co-founded the Group with Mr Yiu Wang Lee in August 2005. He was appointed as a Director on 17 May 2024 and re-appointed as an Executive Director on 25 June 2024. Mr Yiu Wang Lung also serves as the Deputy Chairman of our Board. He is primarily responsible for the overall project management and day-to-day management of the Group’s operations.

Mr Yiu has over 18 years of experience in the civil and electrical cable engineering industries. He worked as a senior site agent at Wing Lee New Energy Limited from August 2005 to July 2014, with responsibilities including site coordination and supervision of all site activities.

35 years old. Mr Chan Lo Man joined our Group in November 2016. He was appointed as a Director on 17 May 2024 and was re-appointed as an Executive Director on 25 June 2024.

Mr Chan has over eight years of experience in the civil and electrical cable engineering industries. He is the main driver of daily project management and operations. Mr Chan has been responsible for overseeing various key projects, including our cooperation projects with CLP Group and the third runway construction project of the Hong Kong International Airport.

Mr Chan graduated from Aston University in the United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management degree in July 2011. In January 2024, he was awarded a Certificate of Attendance for the NEC Course in Project Manager Accreditation (Hong Kong). Mr Chan has a solid foundation in project operations and management.

41 years old. Ms Tse Ka Wing was appointed as a Director on 17 May 2024 and was re-appointed as an executive Director on 25 June 2024. Ms Tse also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of our Group and is primarily responsible for the Group’s financial management. She is also our Company Secretary.

Ms Tse has accumulated in-depth industry knowledge and expertise with over 17 years of finance and accounting experience. Since 2013, she has held key positions in a number of reputable companies owing to her professional abilities and rich experience in finance and corporate governance. 

As for her educational background, Ms Tse obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) in Accountancy degree from the City University of Hong Kong in 2004 and 2006, respectively. She later obtained a Master of Corporate Governance degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2018. Ms Tse previously served as a member and a Certified Public Accountant (Practicing) of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She has also been a member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and an associate of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries since 2018.

41 years old. Mr Shang Hai Long was appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director on 20 September 2024 and is primarily responsible for providing independent advice to our Board to ensure transparency and fairness in corporate governance. Mr Shang serves as the Chairperson of our Remuneration Committee and a member of our Audit Committee and Nomination Committee, providing professional insight for the Company’s decision making. 

Mr Shang has been a member of the Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region since December 2022, actively participating in public affairs and contributing to the development of society. He is also a strategic advisor of SenseTime Group Limited, a subsidiary of Sense Time Group Inc., (Stock Code: 20), a company listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and the chief [company consultant/corporate advisor] of China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited, hence has outstanding influence in business and policy making. 

As for his educational background, Mr Shang obtained a Master of Public Administration degree from Tsinghua University in the PRC in January 2021. He possesses excellent professional competence in public management and corporate governance.

59 years old. Mr Fu He was appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director on 20 September 2024 and serves as a member of our Audit Committee and Nomination Committee to ensure high standards of and transparency in corporate governance.

Mr Fu has over 30 years of extensive management experience in civil engineering. He has held key positions in several listed companies, responsible for strategic planning and business development. He possesses strong strategic planning and execution abilities. As for his educational background, Mr Fu graduated from Zhejiang University in the PRC in July 1987 and received a Master of Business Administration degree from Murdoch University in Australia in March 2000. He has served as a member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, the Chartered Institute of Building (Hong Kong), the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, and the Chartered Institute of Building and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in the United Kingdom. He has strong professional competence and influence in the industry.

In July 2009, Mr Fu was recognised as a local talent and awarded the Certificate for High-Level Professional in Shenzhen by the Bureau of Personnel of Shenzhen Municipality. Mr Fu was a member of the Fifth Shenzhen Municipal People’s Congress. He has actively participated in public affairs and contributed to the development of society.
