RECRUITMENT
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies to support the company's business objectives and cost reduction plans.
Manage supplier relationships, evaluate and select suitable vendors to ensure competitiveness in quality, delivery timelines, and pricing.
Primarily responsible for procuring products related to renewable energy, including electric construction machinery and solar photovoltaic products.
Monitor and optimize procurement processes within the listed company to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Collaborate with other departments to determine material requirements and develop procurement plans.
Utilize ERP systems for data management and reporting, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of procurement data.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Over 5 years of procurement experience in listed companies or multinational corporations within the machinery industry, with strong market analysis and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with the renewable energy industry. Prior experience in procuring related products will be given preference.
Proficient in using ERP systems with relevant operational experience.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description and Requirements:
Oversee the Engineering Safety Department of the group, managing the work of Safety Officers and Safety Supervisors.
To ensure the safety and health of personnel employed across various projects, recommend necessary measures to management and implement these measures upon approval.
Develop internal safety regulations and health plans, and execute related activities, arrangements, and measures.
Assist in assessing and analyzing potential hazards, and implement and promote plans related to safety, health, and personal protective equipment.
Possess extensive and professional experience in engineering safety management.
Have knowledge and capabilities in digital management of engineering safety to advance remote digital monitoring and implement digital management practices.

This newly established department is responsible for the products sold on behalf of the company, with tasks including but not limited to
Monitor and analyze market trends, gather relevant information, and develop sales plans.
Oversee product promotion, marketing, and sales efforts, providing related recommendations and achieving sales targets.
Manage the preparation of sales contracts, collections, and delivery processes.
Search for and compile customer information to create customer profiles.
Possess substantial sales experience, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop new client relationships.
Job Description and Requirements:
Oversee the operations of the Group's Quantity Surveying Department, integrating and flexibly allocating personnel to various projects to maximize the utilization of human resources.
Serve as the overall lead for the Group's bidding projects, managing the entire bidding process, including but not limited to project research and expenditure assessment, risk evaluation, and preparation of bidding documents.
Responsible for contract management for projects, including but not limited to: evaluating progress payments, issuing and collecting payments, and handling claims and settlement matters.

Responsible for the overall management of power engineering or civil engineering projects to achieve construction objectives.
Proficient in construction techniques and site management, fully accountable for coordinating and resolving major technical, acceptance, and civil issues that arise during the construction process. Lead the development of the construction organization design, construction schedule, material planning, equipment mobilization, quality, safety, and progress objectives and tasks.
Oversee changes in engineering design, project validation, progress payment applications, documentation preparation and handover, project acceptance and final settlement, as well as settlement processing with the client.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including different clients, regulatory authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Manage, develop, and lead the engineering team.

Financial Management: Responsible for daily accounting tasks, including invoice verification, data entry, document filing, and expense reimbursement, while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and managing general ledger activities.
Reconciliation: Conduct monthly account reconciliations to promptly clear accounts receivable, ensuring the accuracy and legality of receivables and payables.
Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and collaborate with other departments to provide necessary financial analysis data and documentation.
Budget Management: Develop and implement financial budget reports, delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as scheduled.
Tax Management: Liaise with the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department to timely and accurately submit relevant reports, review related notifications, and maintain effective communication between the company and tax authorities.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the management of our Photovoltaic System.
Requirements:
Diploma/Higher Diploma in Building Engineering/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
With 1 Year site experience from Photovoltaic System. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Engineer.
Driving License Holder is an advantage.
REW Holder is an advantage.
Immediately available is highly preferred.
