Job Description:
Identify, evaluate, and expand new business collaboration opportunities and strategic investment projects, with a focus on the circular economy and new energy sectors.
Lead business negotiations, and be responsible for liaising with and maintaining relationships with partners in the new energy industry (such as technology companies, government agencies, and international partners).
Manage and track the end-to-end process of the group's major collaboration projects to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Conduct market and industry research to support the company's strategic decision-making.
Job Description:
Responsible for end-to-end management of large-scale intelligent projects (such as smart campuses, smart hotels, intelligent offices), including requirements analysis, solution planning, implementation, delivery, and acceptance.
Serve as a technical consultant to support the sales team in customer negotiations, providing advisory pre-sales support, analyzing customer needs, and developing customized application solutions.
Manage and coordinate internal and external resources (including clients, R&D teams, and suppliers) to control project scope, schedule, quality, and cost.
Responsible for project risk identification and issue resolution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Lead or participate in the development and operation of a one-stop digital procurement platform, integrating product resources to help clients reduce overall procurement costs.

Lead project feasibility analysis, perform system capacity configuration and investment calculations, and deliver techno-economic solutions.
Serve as the technical core, supporting the sales team in customer negotiations, technical proposal preparation, and bid management.
Coordinate internal and external resources, including clients, design institutes, suppliers, contractors, and grid companies, to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within quality, safety, and cost targets.
Resolve complex technical issues during project implementation, such as system black-start, grid connection, safety assessment, and fire protection compliance.

Assist in assessing and analyzing potential hazards, and implement and promote plans related to safety, health, and personal protective equipment.
Possess extensive and professional experience in engineering safety management.
Have knowledge and capabilities in digital management of engineering safety to advance remote digital monitoring and implement digital management practices.

Oversee the operations of the Group's Quantity Surveying Department, integrating and flexibly allocating personnel to various projects to maximize the utilization of human resources.
Serve as the overall lead for the Group's bidding projects, managing the entire bidding process, including but not limited to project research and expenditure assessment, risk evaluation, and preparation of bidding documents.
Responsible for contract management for projects, including but not limited to: evaluating progress payments, issuing and collecting payments, and handling claims and settlement matters.

Responsible for the overall management of power engineering or civil engineering projects to achieve construction objectives.
Proficient in construction techniques and site management, fully accountable for coordinating and resolving major technical, acceptance, and civil issues that arise during the construction process. Lead the development of the construction organization design, construction schedule, material planning, equipment mobilization, quality, safety, and progress objectives and tasks.
Oversee changes in engineering design, project validation, progress payment applications, documentation preparation and handover, project acceptance and final settlement, as well as settlement processing with the client.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including different clients, regulatory authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Requirements:
Diploma/Higher Diploma in Building Engineering/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
With 1 Year site experience from Photovoltaic System. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Engineer.
Driving License Holder is an advantage.
REW Holder is an advantage.
