On March 8, 2026, Wing Lee, together with its strategic partner China Wealth Hong Kong, participated in the “2026 Hong Kong Spring Top Talent Recruitment Exhibition,” organized by the Hong Kong Top Talent Services Association and strongly supported by the Hong Kong Talent Engage.
In recent years, the HKSAR Government has proactively launched a series of initiatives aimed at attracting and facilitating the settlement of high-end talent in Hong Kong, including the “Top Talent Pass Scheme” (TTPS), the development of the “Innovation and Technology Corridor,” and the enhancement of supporting measures for the Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Innovation and Technology Cooperation Zone. These policies have not only provided a more streamlined pathway for professional talent to relocate to Hong Kong, but have also injected significant new momentum into local enterprises, effectively driving Hong Kong’s development as an international innovation and technology hub and enhancing overall competitiveness.
In alignment with these government policies, this recruitment exhibition attracted over 5,000 newly arrived professionals, bringing together more than 80 renowned companies. Notably, this event marked the first joint exhibition of the newly established Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park and Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone, who worked collaboratively to attract outstanding talent under the “One River, Two Banks; One Zone, Two Parks” initiative, facilitating deeper integration of innovation resources between Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
Leveraging its strong corporate governance and sustainable development strategy, Wing Lee offered a variety of high-quality positions in multiple professional disciplines at this event, such as civil engineers, structural engineers, sales accountants, IT engineers, and more. The exhibition floor was vibrant, with nearly one hundred attendees engaging proactively with our recruitment team, eagerly submitting their résumés and demonstrating keen interest and strong intent to participate in the innovation sector and in the development of the Zero Carbon Smart Alliance.
