Wing Lee Development Construction Holdings Limited (“Wing Lee”) hosted a two-day exchange with a delegation from Xiamen C&D High-Tech Co., Ltd. on April 27-28, 2026. The delegation visited the Company’s headquarters and the “Zero-Carbon Smart Space” located in Yuen Long, where they exchanged experiences and insights in the new energy sector.

Wing Kai has established strategic partnerships with Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (CATL), Times Kirin (時代騏驥), and Times Electric Service (時代電服). It possesses core technological, industrial chain, and R&D advantages in key areas such as battery materials and battery systems. Its battery swap business centers on swap station operations and battery banking, building a highway heavy-truck battery swap network tailored to trunk transportation and port scenarios. The energy storage business focuses on one-stop product sales and solutions for CATL’s advantageous products, including outdoor liquid-cooled battery cabinets and standard liquid-cooled modules.

The Xiamen C&D High-Tech delegation visited Wing Lee’s headquarters and gained a comprehensive understanding of the company’s three core business segments: civil engineering, electrical and mechanical engineering, and new energy businesses. Wing Lee highlighted its core technologies and business layout covering solar photovoltaics, energy storage, charging and battery swapping, and related new energy equipment supply chains. The Company had co-founded the “Zero-Carbon Smart Alliance” earlier last year with SANY Group and CATL to build a full-chain solution encompassing “solar power, energy storage, charging, battery swapping, and recycling.” The delegation visited the Alliance’s “Zero-Carbon Smart Space” in Yuen Long, where they experienced cutting-edge technologies such as intelligent construction, electric equipment, and 5G remote operations. During the exchange, Wing Lee shared the synergy between Alliance members and project implementations. The delegation highly commended Wing Lee’s contributions to the transformation and innovation of Hong Kong’s construction machinery industry.
